The Algerian Minister of Maghreb Affairs and the African Union, Abdelkader Messahel, urged the UN to take a stand and stop the international parties that are impeding the political process in Libya. On Monday, the deliberation meeting of the political dialogue committee was kicked off in Tunisia and will last for another more day to discuss the latest regarding implementing the Skhirat agreement. The meeting was attended by a number of HoR members and the Head and members of the Presidential Council. The attendees will hear reports from both the Presidential Council and the Central Bank of Libya about Libya’s status quo.
