Misrata Central Hospital suspended work at the Obstetrics and Gynaecology section as its building has become so shaky and couldn’t be serviced despite lots of recent service works. The hospital said it bears no responsibility for the consequences of this suspension, which could eventually lead to the complete shutdown of the section, pointing out that Misrata municipality, Presidential Council and Health Ministry are responsible for this situation.

Al-Naser Brigade of the western Petroleum Facilities Guard (PFG) withdrew from Al-Zawiya Oil Refinery saying it is not responsible for any security violations that may take place hereafter. This announcement came to protest NOC Chief’s accusation that they and their commander, Mohammed Kishlaf, are smuggling the fuel allocated for the Libyan local markets.

 The spokesman for the Man-Made River, Tawfiq Al-Shwihdi, said water supplies are available and works are underway to fix the damages at the deflator 260 that is located between Bani Walid and Al-Shweref after being shelled by explosives in a bid to cut off water supplies on Tripoli and its suburbs.

The spokesman of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos Operation, Mohammed Al-Ghasri, said the decision to form an Anti-Terrorism Force is a motivation and a reward for the fighters who partook in fighting IS militants off Sirte, pointing out that Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos operation ends once the Anti-Terrorism Force starts working. He added that the military personnel of Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos will join the new force, while other fighters will unshoulder their weapons and go back to their civilian businesses.
