22 fighters from Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos operation were killed in Thursday clashes in Sirte as the Misrata-led forces advanced in all front lines in the city.

Libyan journalist, Abdulkader Fasouk, was killed Thursday by IS sniper shots in Sirte, Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos media bureau has announced.

Haftar’s militias shelled Garyounis buildings in Benghazi after being controlled by Benghazi Shura Council a couple of days ago. Shura sources said the shelling was aimed at pressing its fighters to withdraw from their new positions in the district, however; they are still upholding their locations in Garyounis.

Western Coast Guard rescued Wednesday 114 illegal immigrants from different African nationalities off Sabratha shores, western Tripoli. The spokesman of the Libyan Navy Force, Ayoub Qasim, said the boats were tugged ashore in coordination with Millita Oil Company, adding that they informed the Libyan Red Crescent, which provided medical checks for the immigrants, and the Fighting Illegal Immigration Center for further investigation and deportation.

Libyan Red Crescent in Ajdabiya found 17 corpses on Wednesday in eastern Ajdabiya, where heavy clashes took place over the last two days. The spokesman of the Red Crescent said the bodies were taken to Imhemed Al-Magaryef Hospital, saying five of the corpses were not identified, while search for other bodies is still underway.

The United Nations Security Council  panel of experts arrived in Misrata Wednesday and met with the city's municipal and military councils to prepare a report on Libya.

Local media reported that 3 Egyptians were killed in a fire that broke out in smuggling boats in Zuwara on Wednesday. Other sources claimed the boats were shelled by foreign aircraft.
