Germany has sent special forces teams of navy frogmen into the Libyan coast in order to cut off the influx of arms to the IS militants in Libya. The Defense Ministry’s spokesman told the German News Agency Wednesday that the presence of the German frogmen is necessary to carry out compulsory inspection for ships that refuse to cooperate with EU’s Sophia Operation.
