The Faculty of Arts at Tripoli University canceled study until a further notice due to the bad weather conditions in the city, saying that rainwater has gushed into the faculty’s corridors.

The spokesman of the UN-proposed government’s Presidential Council said the PC ordered the Libyan coastguards to intercept the ships that are smuggling fuel from the oil terminals once they sail into the Libyan territorial waters. He added that the PC will issue a list that is going to include the names of what he described as the thieves of the public money and will deliver the list to the judiciary, adding that the PC will make sure the Interpol will issue arrest warrants for those names.

Sooq Al-Jumua municipality said Tuesday that the Presidential Council of the UN-proposed government and the uncooperative authorities and parties regarding the system of the power load shedding are responsible for the protests that people might resort to, adding that the crisis has crossed all patience limits. It also called for finding effective solutions for the power outage issue.

Misrata Central Hospital received 6 dead family members who passed away due to a fire that caught in their house. Investigations did not lead to the cause of the fire yet. Neighbors said that the reason of the fire might be the primitive methods of heating and power used by the family in the house as the power is cut for too long every day.

Man-Made River system in Al-Hasawana said there occurred a leak in the unit that feeds Al-Khums with water on Tuesday, saying that despite efforts to contain the leak, the system will be shut down on the northern water track, which includes Tripoli and other cities for five days until the needed repair is done.

A joint military and security operations room has been formed by Misrata and Bani Walid, according to military sources. They said the room will monitor the movement of IS escapes who fled Sirte and Benghazi and barricaded in Bani Walid valleys. They added that IS militants are trying to regroup after they were defeated in Sirte, as they installed a military training camp in those valleys.
