Dignity Operation forces are besieging Dumran district in southern Al-Waha town, sources from Zilla said. The siege is supervised by Al-Buaishi Al-Furjani, a pro-Haftar leader, said the sources, adding that he is using the help of Sudanese rebels from Justice and Equality Group. The forces are urging residents to hand in the fighters who took part in Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos. Haftar's forces carried out on Saturday arrests for certain fighters who took part in Al-Bunyan Al-Marsoos.

The head of the Presidential Council, Fayez Al-Sirraj, said the government will bear 50% of the costs of Hajj for Libyans this year. About 7000 Libyans were picked by a national draw, where Al-Sirraj gave a speech saying that the committee, headed by Ahmed Hamza, will facilitate all needed procedures for Libyans on their religious journey to Mecca.
