Libyan authorities deported 170 illegal immigrants to Nigeria’s Lagos city from Mitiga Airport. The immigrant came to Tripoli in different times of the year following rescue operations, as they were onboard of dinghies in the middle of the sea trying to reach Europe.

US AFRICOM announced the end of its Operations Odyssey Lightning in Libya’s Sirte after the end of the military operations was announced by the Presidential Council. It said its fighter aircraft flew 495 times above Sirte and surrounding, adding that it will continue to cooperate with Libyan government and people to fight the threat of IS terrorists.

Acacus Oil Firm said operating Al-Sharara oilfield that was kicked off Tuesday is being pursued, hailing its personnel from the Libyan nationals whom it said could resume production at the oilfield so fast as the oil pipelines were only reopened Tuesday and they operated Wednesday at once.

Peace Ambassadors Trip continued for the third day after visiting Al-Ajilat, Zuwara, Al-Jamil, Ragdalin, and Zilten on the first day and Zintan and Jadu on the second. The participants are visiting Wednesday, the third day, Al-Asaba, Gharyan, Al-Zawiya, Al-Matrad, and Sorman, while on the fourth day tomorrow, they will visit Sabratha, which sponsored the trip and in which a finish-line ceremony will take place.
