Libya’s Al-Itihad team has again refused to play the capital’s derby match against Tripoli-based Al-Ahli and conditioned its consent to play with the presence of foreign referees at the match. On Monday, Al-Itihad administration sent a letter to the Chief of the Libyan Football Federation, Edris Emharib, saying they won’t play the derby until a foreign set of referees is present.

Tarhouna and Bani Walid cities agreed on setting up a joint checkpoint on their joint local borders so that the two cities become more secure and the road linking them becomes safer. They also agreed on setting up mobile checkpoints, according to the Head of Bani Walid Municipality.
