Sources from Ganfouda have denied the access of any kind of aid to the besieged families in the district despite the announcement of Benghazi Defense Brigades that Khalifa Haftar had accepted to allow the aid in.
On Saturday, chief of Dignity Operation Khalifa Haftar tasked mayor of Benghazi with carrying out the negotiation with to allow water and food supplies to enter into Ganfouda in exchange for the release of Dignity Operation captives.
