The National Oil Corporation (NOC) said on Wednesday that the financial loss due to the stoppage of oil production and export amounted to $4.3 billion, calling for the necessity to resume oil production to support the national economy.

The NOC explained in a statement that the daily loss of production amounted to more than 1.1 million barrels per day, which amounted to more than $15 million.
