The National Oil Corporation (NOC) has disclosed that Mellitah Oil and Gas Company is losing 155 thousand barrels of oil per day due to the closure of Libya's oil fields and ports.

Mellitah is also losing 145 million standard cubic feet per day of gas, and its total daily loss of revenues is $9.4 million, the NOC told Reuters.

Groups loyal to Haftar have occupied the export terminals last week along with pipelines and fields, costing the state up to $ 77m per day, according to NOC statistics.
