The Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Farhat bin Qadara, has affirmed during his meeting with the Italian ambassador to Libya, Giuseppe Buccino, the NOC aspiration to increase production rates.
Bin Qadara stressed the neutrality of the NOC and the historical cooperation between the two countries in the oil and gas sector, confirming the availability of many investment opportunities that require expertise and international technical and economic capabilities, especially in the production of gas.
