The Ambulance and Emergency Service announced, on Tuesday, the collapse of a house in Belkhair area, in the center of the capital, Tripoli, without causing any human casualties.

The service stated on its Facebook page that its members were able to rescue a family of six, who were stuck inside the house.

On December 26, a Moroccan citizen died as a result of the collapse of an apartment on Al-Rashid area in the center of the capital, according to what was announced by the Ambulance and Emergency Service at the time.

Such incidents have occurred in the same area significantly, in recent years, due to the decrepit state of homes in central Tripoli, which have been built for some time now.
