Chairman of the Presidential Council (PC) Fayez Al-Sarraj received Saturday a delegation from the Italian energy company Eni, including the CEO of Eni group, Claudio Descalzi and a number of executive directors.

The meeting dealt with the company's projects in Libya, and developments on issues discussed at previous meetings on oil investment agreements in Libya, as well as the possibility to innovative projects for spatial development in the company's operational areas in the south and north of the country.

Descalzi confirmed that Eni had reached an agreement with the National Oil Corporation (NOC) and the General Electricity Company of Libya (GECOL) to support electric power projects and improve the network efficiency.
