Presidential Council member, Ahmed Maiteeq discussed with the Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister, Matteo Salvini, Thursday, the latest political developments and Hafter's military aggression on Tripoli.

During the meeting held at the Italian Ministry of Interior in Rome, Maiteeq reviewed the tragedy caused by the aerial bombardment of the migrants centre in Tajoura, which the Italian minister said it constituted a war crime under international law, stressing that this issue falls within the Italian government's priorities before the European Union and the international community.
