The Chairman of the Presidential Council (PC), Fayez Al-Sarraj said that many of the archaeological sites have been devastated and looted, as a result of the crisis the country is going through.
During the opening ceremony of the workshop on the preservation of heritage property, Al-Sarraj called for the intensification of all efforts with the officials of the antiquities sector and other relevant bodies, in order to create awareness among citizens on the importance of this priceless heritage.
