The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdel Hamid Dbeibah, has instructed all state institutions to develop an annual plan to implement a number of basic projects that contribute to solving the basic problems facing citizens.

This came during his meeting on Monday with notables of the southern region, in the presence of his deputy, Ramadan Abu Janah, and a number of members of the High Council of State from the south.

The notables of the south talked about the most important difficulties and problems that the region is experiencing and the lack of basic services, such as fuel, stressing the need to develop radical solutions to these problems that Fezzan has been suffering from for many years.

Dbeibah confirmed that he will be with the people of Fezzan with all their components, stressing the need of collaboration and cooperation of all the administrative, security and social institutions in the region.
