Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, discussed, on Saturday, the basic needs of the state's electricity company with the governor of Libya's Central Bank, the head of the Audit Bureau, and chairman of the General Electricity Company Of Libya (GECOL).
Dbeibah stressed the need to intensify efforts to overcome the crisis of power cuts and prepare well for the upcoming summer season.
The officials agreed to promote joint action to address the crisis and enable the company to fulfill its duties.
Among the measures agreed upon were accelerating procedures for concluding contracts, implementing stalled projects, and performing required maintenance.
