The Head of the High Council of State (HCS) Khaled al-Mishri discussed with the German Ambassador to Libya, Oliver Owcza, in Tripoli, the latest political and security developments on the Libyan arena.
The meeting addressed a number of issues, including the humanitarian situation and the problems of the displaced.
On the political aspect, the two sides discussed the ministerial reshuffle, the economic reforms, and the security situation, especially with regard to the recent events in Tripoli.
