The emergency team of the Libyan Red Crescent Tripoli branch said that it had managed to provide safe passage for 50 families from the areas of clashes yesterday.

According to the Red Crescent, the emergency team received on Tuesday 230 distress calls from families stranded in different areas of the armed clashes zones, seven cases have health concerns and are receiving treatment at the Red Crescent clinic.

It also confirmed the provision of subsistence assistance and non-food items to 125 displaced families from conflict areas.
