The International Committee of the Red Cross has carried out first aid training for 11 members of the military medical staff at Mitiga Hospital in the capital, Tripoli, which lasted for four days from July 22 to 25.
The course also included an introductory session about the International Committee and its activities, and a lecture on international humanitarian law.
