A source from Derna said that the besieging forces of the city had closed the Karsa route again in the west part of the city after it was partially opened during daytime hours prior to the Eid.
The source said that Dignity Operation armed groups forced the residents leaving the city to cross the checkpoints on foot, adding that Dignity militants have tightened the siege and are continuing to prevent any basic necessities from entering the city.
