Royal Jordanian Airlines is set to resume flights to Libya starting in early October, following a newly signed agreement with the Libyan Ground Services Company.
The deal, which came after a series of meetings over the past month, will see Royal Jordanian receiving handling and ground services for both passenger and cargo aircraft at Libyan airports.
Royal Jordanian's CEO, Samer Majali, confirmed that the airline will operate at least three flights daily. He also noted that a security assessment had been carried out at Libyan airports, leading to approval from Libyan authorities to resume operations at Tripoli Airport.
