Sabha Medical Centre declared Friday a state of emergency, calling on all who can help to donate blood to the blood bank of the city.

The developments came after the clashes that broke out on Friday, between the so-called 128 brigade of Dignity Operation, and armed groups from the Tabu tribe in Ghadduwah town, some 65 km south of Sabha.

Dignity Operation armed groups have confirmed the killing of four fighters, including the commander of 128 brigade, as well as the injury of others in clashes.
