The Head of the Presidential Council, Fayez Sarraj, met on Thursday with the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Fatu Bensouda and a delegation of officials of the court at the headquarters of Libyan Mission to The UN.

The Information Office of Sarraj said that Bensouda explained the difficulties the court faced in implementing court proceedings in some places, but confirmed the determination of the court to prosecute all those who were issued arrest warrants.

Bensouda also referred to the cases in which Libyan citizens are being prosecuted and said she would not hesitate to submit new charges on any Libyan whenever the right evidence is available.
