The first voyage for passengers departed on Sunday from the port of Tripoli, heading to the commercial port of Zarzis, in Tunisia, carrying 270 passengers, and a number of cars, after years of stoppage.

This step is coinciding with the reopening of the port terminal, which will be the starting point for the weekly trips, the director of the Tripoli sea port, Misbah Al-Taher, told the Libyan News Agency.
