Seismic activity has been recorded in the Mediterranean on Friday morning, 246 km north of the city of Tripoli, Libyan Centre for Remote Sensing and Space Sciences said.
At 11:04 am, monitoring stations recorded a 3.8 magnitude tremor in the middle of the Mediterranean, with a depth of 10 km, the center stated on its Facebook page.
At 11:09, another seismic activity also recorded measuring 3.7 on the Richter scale, with a depth of 1 km, 70 km south of the Greek island of Ipathra.
Many residents of the city of Al-Marj said that they felt a tremor on Friday morning which is stronger than the previous three tremors.
