The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock of the parallel government announced, on Sunday, the arrival of a shipment of 800 cows to the Benghazi seaport, coming from the port of Marseille in France.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry, Emaar Libya Holding Company imported this shipment for the Ghout Al-Sultan Production Project, east of Benghazi.
The veterinary medical teams affiliated with the National Center for Animal Health have begun conducting the necessary examinations to ensure that the cows comply with the health conditions for breeding and production, according to the statement.
