The President of the Sirte Oil and Gas Company, Masoud Mousa, held discussions with the Philippine Chargé d’Affaires and Head of Mission, Elmer Cato, on the conditions for the return of Filipino workers in the field of maintenance and the operation of factories within the company.
During the visit of the Philippine Chargé d’Affaires to Brega Port, both parties exchanged views regarding securing the return of Filipino workers to Libya and safely securing their travel to and from the country to spend their vacations back home.
They also discussed the necessary approvals from the Philippine government and the recruitment of new workers in the field of maintenance to complete their overhaul of the factories in order for work to restart.
