The South Tripoli Appeal Court has reserved the appeal of the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Mustafa Sanallah, against his dismissal to September 7, after the end of the judicial recess, according to identical sources.

On July 7, the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbiebah, issued a decision to sack Mustafa Sanallah, and appoint Farhat Bin Qadara as new NOC Chairman.

The ruling in the case was first postponed to July 27, and then it was decided to postpone it again to August 17.
