The Spokesman for the Chairman of the Presidential Council (PC) Mohammed El Sallak said that the UN Security Council responded to the call of the Chairman of the PC to establish an international commission in order to review the revenues and expenditure of the Central Bank of Libya in Tripoli and the one parallel to it in Al-Bayda city.

Sallak clarified in a press briefing Monday that they have not yet agreed on the implementation mechanism, pointing out that consultations in this framework will continue until an agreement is reached.

He also pointed out that Al-Sarraj renewed his call to the Libyan parties to overcome their political differences in order to unify the sovereign institutions and move to presidential and parliamentary elections according to a constitutional basis and the outcome of the Paris Conference.
