The Libyan Foreign Ministry has ordered the Libyan embassy in Tunisia to follow up on the crisis of the stranded citizens in Tunisia and to provide them with all necessary support.
The Libyan embassy said an emergency committee will be formed to follow through on the situation of the Libyan community and those stranded in Tunisia in order to address all of their problems and concerns.
Earlier, the Libyan authorities closed the country’s borders with Tunisia after the increase of Covid-19 cases in several Tunisian cities.
