The Head of the High Council of State, Mohamed Takala, has called on a member of HCS to go out on the media and be frank with the Libyans why she filmed while casting her vote and to whom she sent the video.
In a press statement on Thursday, Takala considered that what happened when one of the members filmed her vote during the voting session was unacceptable and had disrupted the integrity of the voting process.
Takala said in his statement: “At the beginning of the session, one of the members demanded to ban bring phones to ballet box area so that this behavior would not occur, and this request was supported by a large number of members and the presidential office.”
