The head of the High Council of State (HCS), Mohammed Takala, has discussed with the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Russian State Duma, Leonid Slutsky, ways to advance the political process in Libya and develop Libyan-Russian relations, according to the HCS media office.
In a meeting which took place on Thursday in Moscow, both sides discussed the political situation in the Middle East and North Africa region and ways to address the political stalemate in Libya to reach the elections.
