Tawergha Education Office has set up the first prefabricated school following the return of the town’s IDPs to their homes and after 7 years of displacement.

The school has been established with the help of an international organization, the Local Council of Tawergha reported.

It clarified that work is well underway to open the school, which was named "Tawergha the City" before the start of the new academic year, explaining that the school has been equipped with fifteen classrooms with a capacity of 25 students for each.

The Council noted that the ready-made classrooms arrived in Tawergha last Thursday in order to enable the children in the town to enroll in the 2018-2019 school year.
