Algerian President, Abdelmadjid Tebboune has expressed readiness to embrace a dialogue between the Libyan warring parties in Algeria.

Tebboune said in his speech before the Berlin Conference on Libya, yesterday, that his country is keen to stay at the same distance between all parties and will spare no efforts in narrowing divergences of views and bridging the gap between them.

He called on the world leaders to develop a clear roadmap binding on the warring parties that includes stabilizing the armistice and halting the flow of arms to Libya, in addition, to work on convincing them to return to the negotiating table.
