The Libyan Postal and Telecommunications Company has successfully restored mobile coverage and landline services to the city of Sirte.
The reconnection to such services comes after a cut for more than two years after the terrorist organization ISIS cut off telecommunications services from the city after taking control on the 15th February 2015.
