The Narcotics and Psychotropic Drugs Control Agency has confirmed the arrest of three people in possession of drugs in the city of Shahat.
The members of the agency in Shahat prepared an ambush to arrest the accused, during which a number of the agency personnel were slightly injured.
The agency indicated in a statement that the three defendants are residents of the city of Al-Bayda, and they were in possession of eight large pieces of a narcotic substance, in addition to packing bags and special packaging materials.
