The National Center for Meteorology (NCM) in Libya has warned of moderate to heavy rainfall accompanied by thunderstorms, starting Sunday evening and continuing through Monday and Tuesday, with cumulus clouds increasing.
The warning includes areas such as Gharyan, Tarhuna, and surrounding areas, where the rain may be accompanied by thunderstorms that could lead to flash floods in local valleys.
The NCM called on citizens to exercise caution, especially in areas prone to flash floods or mudslides, and to avoid unnecessary travel during storms.
