The Medical Centre of Tobruk received on Saturday a shipment of medicines and medical equipment from the World Health Organization (WHO).

"The shipment includes medicine adequate for about 13 thousand people, and equipment sufficient to conduct more than 400 surgeries," the WHO office in Libya clarified.

The office explained that the shipment was delivered to Tobruk Health Centre at the request of the steering council of the Municipality of Tobruk, pointing out that the aim of the organization is to contribute to supporting the health sector in Libya and provide the best health services for citizens.
