The Higher Judicial Institute has concluded in Tunis a training workshop on "electoral appeals".
The workshop was held in Tunisia over three days from 20-22 August, under the slogan ‘Experience Exchange Programme in the Field of Resolving Electoral Disputes’, targeting the most senior judges in primary courts to enhance their professional skills in handling electoral appeals and election-related aspects, in response to the requirements of the electoral process for electing municipal councils.
The training course was organized in cooperation with the High National Elections Commission, the Judicial Inspection Department, and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems.
