A workshop designed to focus on the phenomenon of arbitrary detention in Libya was launched in Tunisia, under the context of national reconciliation.
The workshop, overseen by the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), will last for two days.
Over 40 Libyan personalities including mayors, representatives of municipal councils, civil society organizations and a number of legal specialists were present at the workshop.
