Tunisia's Foreign Affairs Minister Khemaies Jhinaoui said that he had addressed a number of important topics that concern consular relations besides other outstanding issues in his current visit to Libya.

In a press conference in Tripoli Monday, Jhinaoui expressed Tunisia's willingness to cooperate with Libya in the field of energy through the import of crude oil, in a way that responds to the Libyan economic interests.

”We support the stabilization in Libya and seek to see a Libyan-Libyan solution without any foreign intervention in order to preserve the unity and stability of Libya," he said.

He also stressed that his visit was also an opportunity to discuss the financial dues owed by Tunisian health clinics, pointing out that he found all the cooperation and understanding of the Libyans on this subject and that they will proceed to handle this issue after Eid al-Fitr.
