The Turkish Humanitarian Relief Organization (IHH) opened a charity market for clothing in the Libyan city of Misrata in order to provide assistance to families displaced by the fighting in the country.

The Turkish Consul in Misrata took part in the opening ceremony of the market at the Misrata International Fair, in which members of the Municipal Council of Misrata also participated, along with officials from the Libyan Red Crescent branch of the city.

The aim of the market, according to its organizers, is to deliver humanitarian aid to more than 1,500 displaced families across the country.
