The British ambassador to Libya, Caroline Hurndall, told Libyan Prime Minister Abdul-Hamid Dbeibah in a meeting in Tripoli that the embassy would start issuing visas for Libyans soon.

Hurndall said Monday that the UK supports the Government of National Unity and the Libya Stability Initiative conference to be held next Thursday in Tripoli.

She also gave Dbeibah an invitation, sent by the British Prime Minister, to attend Global Climate Change Conference in Glasgow.

The Libyan Prime Minister welcomed the British ambassador and her work for the best interest for the bilateral relations between Libya and the UK.
