UN Secretary General discusses appointing new envoy to Libya

The UN Secretary General, António Guterres, will discuss at the UN Security Council the appointment of a new envoy to Libya to replace Martin Kobler.
The choice will be one of four- Ismail Ould al-Sheikh, the current UN delegate to Yemen, former Lebanese minister Ghassan Salama, Jamal Ben Omar; the former envoy to Yemen, and former Red Cross official, Phillip Spore.
