The Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation in the Government of National Unity has signed a memorandum of understanding with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) on youth entrepreneurship.
The memorandum aims to develop a framework for cooperation between the two parties in order to create an enabling environment to support youth projects, according to the ministry Facebook page.
The memorandum seeks to enhance the capacity of the Ministry's entities to provide technical support to ensure capacity building, and to launch a specialized study with the concerned authorities to develop small and medium enterprises.
