The United Nations Support Mission In Libya (UNSMIL) announced on Monday the opening of registration for a new youth discussion session under the “Youth Participate” initiative.
According to the Mission’s website, the online session is scheduled for next Monday and will focus on addressing hate speech and its impact on tolerance, inclusion, diversity, and core human rights values.
Discussions will cover how hate speech leads to discrimination, mistreatment, violence, and social and economic exclusion, as well as explore possible solutions.
The session is open to young people aged 18 to 35, with a maximum of 50 participants.
