The World Health Organization (WHO) said it had provided medical assistance to around 400 patients in Sabha Medical Centre, Murzuk General Hospital, and Ghadawa field hospital.

"The clashes in the south have led to an increase in the number of wounded, with a shortage of medical supplies and doctors in the area," WHO stated.

The organization also disclosed that it will establish a logistics centre in Sabha to provide medical supplies to the southern region, and will release part of the emergency stockpile in all parts of Libya.
