The World Health Organization has sent 4000 anti-scorpion venom (ASV) serums to southern Libya, spokesperson of the North African country’s office, Ahmed Salem, declared.
Salim said Libyan hospitals are in dire need of these serums during the summer time, especially in the south region where several deaths were caused by scorpion venom.
